The Aftarkis Spiti represents the pinnacle of mobile home construction, combining German engineering precision with Mediterranean lifestyle. Our trailer houses are mobile, sustainable, and individually plannable – compact on the outside, designed exactly as you need it on the inside.

The villa was built in 1975 and was listed for sale. After a careful analysis of the building structure, as well as planning and implementation of the future project, our client fulfilled his dream property in 2022 and signed the purchase agreement.

This is one of our planned new construction projects for a German client. Planning and implementation were carried out with German precision.

Brand-new Aftarkis-style mobile tiny home delivered on a road-approved Temared two-axle trailer. Anthracite steel frame paired with warm wood-effect composite cladding, full-height glazed door and large kitchen-style window – a compact, mobile residence fully built in our workshop and ready to drive to any plot across Europe.

Turnkey modular restaurant extension for "Kurvenwirt" – a full-service pizza, döner, pasta, grill and burger venue established 1998. We delivered the complete commercial build: anthracite cladding with full-height glazed dining facade, illuminated 3D channel-letter branding, dramatic backlit oriental-pattern ceiling panels, marble-effect walls, custom planter walls, full hot-line kitchen and a 40+ seat dining room – all attached seamlessly to the existing traditional restaurant building.

Modular kindergarten and daycare annex built as an extension to an existing facility. White composite cladding with warm vertical timber accents and wood-framed windows creates a friendly, contemporary appearance, while the bright, fully insulated interior is finished for safe, comfortable use by young children – with vinyl plank flooring, large daylight windows, and dedicated zones for play, storage and learning.

Turnkey modular hair salon and barber shop delivered for "Marica" – a complete commercial unit combining a warm timber-clad exterior with a fully fitted professional salon interior. Designed as a ready-to-open business: barber and styling stations, dedicated wash bay, reception desk, climate control, and a paved entrance terrace, all delivered as a single coordinated build.

Conversion of a single-story house's flat roof into a fully accessible rooftop terrace with composite hardwood decking and a powder-coated steel balustrade, combined with a covered ground-floor veranda. The project transforms unused roof area into a generous outdoor living space with open views over the surrounding landscape – a smart, space-doubling renovation for existing rural properties.

Branded modular sales pavilion delivered for Autoland Salzburg – the Genuss Box concept combines a compact climate-controlled office with a covered customer canopy, large display windows and full façade branding. Designed as a turnkey on-site sales point for car dealerships, pop-up retail and outdoor commercial locations.

Bespoke air-conditioned modular parking pavilion designed as a cashier and attendant building for a commercial parking facility. Anthracite aluminium composite cladding (Weissbond), full-height tinted glazing, vertical wood-look accent panels and integrated concrete entrance steps – delivered as a turnkey, climate-controlled structure ready for commercial operation.

Bespoke fleet of industrial refrigerated container modules engineered, fabricated and delivered for Mercedes. Each unit integrates a fully insulated cold-storage chamber with a protected machinery bay housing compressor, evaporator, electrical distribution and safety alarm – designed for year-round operation in demanding environments, from the workshop yard to alpine installations under snow.
