Project Overview

Turnkey modular kindergarten and daycare annex with white composite cladding, timber accents, large wood-framed windows and a child-safe interior – built as an extension to an existing kindergarten facility.

Designed and delivered as a turnkey educational space, the building extends an existing kindergarten via a covered wooden veranda walkway, keeping the new annex visually distinct while staying connected to the main building. The interior is laid out as an open learning room with low Montessori-style storage, child-scaled furniture, sensory and music corners, and ample natural light from three full-height windows. All finishes are durable, easy to clean, and safe for childcare environments.
