Project Overview
Turnkey modular hair salon and barber shop delivered for "Marica" – a complete commercial unit combining a warm timber-clad exterior with a fully fitted professional salon interior. Designed as a ready-to-open business: barber and styling stations, dedicated wash bay, reception desk, climate control, and a paved entrance terrace, all delivered as a single coordinated build.
The project covers everything from the insulated modular shell to the complete commercial fit-out. The exterior pairs natural timber cladding with anthracite framing for a friendly, boutique feel, while the interior is finished in oak-effect vinyl plank flooring and white walls for a bright, hygienic workspace. Professional salon equipment is integrated from day one: hydraulic styling chair, large round mirror, custom reception desk, full wash bay with reclining chair and shampoo bowl, towel and product storage, plus a wall-mounted split-system air-conditioner for year-round comfort.
