Project Overview
Flat-roof conversion into a full-footprint rooftop terrace with composite decking and steel balustrade, combined with a covered ground-floor veranda – doubling the property's outdoor living space.
The roof was structurally reinforced, sealed, and topped with a level composite hardwood deck dimensioned to cover the full footprint of the house. A safety-rated steel balustrade was installed around the perimeter, and an external steel staircase provides direct access from the garden. At ground level, an existing veranda was rebuilt and roofed to create a sheltered outdoor living and dining area, doubling the usable outdoor space of the property.
