1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aftarkis Spiti's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Services include construction consulting, turnkey project management, legal advisory, and real estate transactions in Greece. Our services include:

New construction and old building renovation
Turnkey planning and implementation
Real estate purchase and sales assistance
Legal permits and consulting
Golden Visa application support
Construction consulting and quality control

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate information and timely approvals
Cooperate with our team and partners
Make payments as agreed in service contracts
Comply with all applicable Greek and EU laws
Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project contracts
Cryptocurrency payments accepted (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT)
Deposits required to initiate services
Late payments may incur additional fees
All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Warranties

We guarantee quality workmanship. Specific warranties vary by service and are detailed in individual contracts. We do not guarantee:

Approval of building permits or Golden Visa applications (government decisions)
Specific property value appreciation
Outcomes dependent on third-party actions or force majeure events

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to contractual obligations. Force majeure events are excluded. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, permit delays, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by Aftarkis Spiti remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients receive a license to use designs for their intended project only.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as defined in the service agreement. Clients remain responsible for work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved under German and Greek law as applicable. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Germany or Greece depending on the nature of the contract.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
