Air-Conditioned Parking Pavilion – Modular Cashier & Attendant Building
Project Overview
Bespoke air-conditioned modular parking pavilion designed as a cashier and attendant building for a commercial parking facility. Anthracite aluminium composite cladding (Weissbond), full-height tinted glazing, vertical wood-look accent panels and integrated concrete entrance steps – delivered as a turnkey, climate-controlled structure ready for commercial operation.
This project covers off-site modular construction in our workshop and on-site installation at the parking facility. The pavilion is built from multiple insulated modules with reinforced floor and roof, then clad in Weissbond aluminium composite panels for a clean, low-maintenance commercial finish. The interior is finished with hard-wearing vinyl plank flooring and a wood-grain feature wall, fully prepped for air-conditioning, lighting, and counter installation.
