Prefab House Crane Installation
Project Overview
Modular prefab house built without trailer – fully assembled in our workshop and craned onto a permanent foundation as a turnkey, energy-efficient home.
This prefab project demonstrates our off-site construction process: the complete house is built, insulated, and finished inside our climate-controlled workshop, then transported and craned onto the prepared foundation in a single day. Building without a trailer chassis means the structure sits directly on the foundation as a permanent dwelling – maximising usable interior space, simplifying utility connections, and eliminating road-approval restrictions on dimensions.
Off-Site Prefab Construction Process
Our workshop-built prefab process compresses months of traditional construction into a few weeks of off-site assembly plus a single day of on-site crane installation – weather-independent, predictable, and clean for the surrounding plot.
Phase 1: Design & Engineering
Architectural planning, structural calculations, and foundation design tailored to your plot. Every dimension is confirmed before workshop production begins so the foundation footprint and the prefab module match to the millimetre.
Phase 2: Foundation Preparation
Reinforced concrete strip or slab foundation prepared on-site in parallel with workshop construction. Utility stubs for water, sewage, and electrical connections are positioned to align precisely with the prefab module.
Phase 3: Workshop Assembly
The complete house – frame, insulation, windows, roof, exterior cladding, and interior finishing – is assembled inside our covered workshop using premium German materials. Quality control is performed at every stage under ideal conditions.
Phase 4: Transport & Crane Installation
The finished module is loaded onto a flatbed, transported to the site, and lifted into position by mobile crane in a single coordinated operation. Precise rigging and certified lifting straps ensure the structure is set onto the foundation without stress to the frame.
Phase 5: Connection & Handover
Water, sewage, and electrical lines are connected to the prepared stubs, final exterior sealing is completed, and the house is commissioned. Move-in ready within days of installation.
